1. General Provisions
Welcome to Cadeja Studio (accessible at store.cadeja.web.id). By browsing this website, establishing a client profile, or purchasing garments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
2. Product Descriptions & Color Accuracy
We take every precaution to display the precise color, drape, and texture of our textiles using standardized calibrated studio lighting. However, variations may occur depending on your individual monitor or device screen calibrations.
3. Pricing & Currency
All prices listed on store.cadeja.web.id are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR - Rp) inclusive of applicable taxes. Cadeja Studio reserves the right to adjust seasonal pricing and catalog availability without prior notice.
4. Shipping, Logistics & Delivery Risk
Freight rates are calculated via our automated logistics engine based on volumetric weight and destination kecamatan. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon formal handover to the authorized courier partner (JNE, SiCepat, Anteraja, POS Indonesia).
5. Payment Methods
We accept Dynamic QRIS, Virtual Accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI), and authorized Cash on Delivery. Orders remaining unpaid after the 15-minute expiration period are canceled automatically to replenish studio inventory.
6. Intellectual Property
All visual studio lookbooks, garment patterns, logos, typography, and software systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Cadeja Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial mirroring is strictly prohibited.
