Every order with a merchandise subtotal of Rp 500.000 or greater qualifies for free standard courier delivery anywhere in the Indonesian territory. The freight discount applies automatically at checkout.
14-Day Complimentary Exchanges
We take great pride in our proportions and fabric drape. If a garment does not fit as envisioned, you may initiate an exchange for another size or alternative style within 14 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
Garments must be unwashed, unworn, and free from perfume, makeup, or alterations, with all original atelier hangtags and hygiene seals intact.
Simply message our WhatsApp concierge with your Order Reference Number (e.g. CDJ-2026-XXXX). We will arrange an automated courier pickup at your convenience.
Refunds are issued to the original bank account (for QRIS / Virtual Account orders) within 3 business days following physical inspection at our Yogyakarta fulfillment center.
Tracking Your Dispatch
Upon courier collection, a computerized airway bill (resi) number is registered and updated in your Client Account. You can also enter your order reference into our WhatsApp concierge for live parcel geolocation.
